A recent development involving YouTube’s removal of Ripple’s official channel has raised concerns within the XRP community. In a recent tweet, Edo Farina, CEO of Alpha Lions Academy, expressed suspicion regarding the timing of this decision.
Farina wrote, “VERY SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR FROM @YouTube: On the same day $XRP hits its yearly high, they suddenly decide to remove @Ripple’s YouTube channel without providing any explanation! 🚨 I don’t believe in coincidences.”
Farina’s post quickly gained traction, prompting a range of responses from other users. Pierpont Mining suggested a possible technical or legal issue, stating, “They published a lot of videos in the last two or three days, and I’m wondering if one of those videos possibly triggered a copyright strike? Very curious.”
Another user, CryptoRizzo.eth, added, “I didn’t even know @Ripple had a YouTube channel till this post 😅 I believe and hope it has no effect on the price, but on a business and professional level, I hope it gets rectified ASAP.”
